      Not being in an office

      Doesn’t pay bonuses, micromanaging, excess amount of work with little pay, favorites picked by management, no positive feedback for incredibly long hours, no training, fire people whenever they want, put on 50,000 plus Km in personal car with little to no reimbursement, treat you like a slave, management has no idea what they are doing, head office is worse then management they blame everyone when they ultimately make the decisions, don’t work here it’s a mess and completely unorganized

      Bonuses are not pay. Micromanagement is a constant issue. They want to put a gps on you Senior executives are unapproachable and unwilling to listen to feedback. We strongly advise against joining this organization.
