Pros
Easy to locate, even if you are living in Manila. The environment is very friendly too; the students and the teachers are very supportive of one another. If you are looking for a working place where you could find great friends, STI Santa Rosa will be a great choice.
Cons
Very disappointing salary. Career growth is extremely slow. There are also management issues right now according to my former colleagues there, so don't be surprised if a lot of employees are currently leaving.
