Pros

-Office Location In West Los Angeles

Cons

-Serious lack of structure ( training, orientation, etc.) and professionalism, with heavy and often totally unnecessary workloads and ZERO clear direction. Unless you are telepathic, no work product will meet management's ever changing and illogical standards. -Management consistently lies to both employees and clients, with a total bait and switch compensation structure for employees and constant scope changes to clients to justify additional "upsell". -Without a doubt, the most abusive and dysfunctional work environment you will EVER encounter. Weekly status meetings are totally unproductive and merely an opportunity for management to try and humiliate/torture employees, drone on endlessly about flawed business theories and reinforce her own perceived greatness. Prepare for verbal abuse on a daily basis, typically without ANY reasonable cause other than to provide sick pleasure to management. -This company has had more labor grievances/disputes/employee lawsuits than most companies 100 times its size. Management will not hesitate to drag out and often deny promised pay just for a chance to save money. -The office is a total mess. Picture an office environment hybrid of a Buca di Beppo mixed with an office storage shed with the smell of a wet dumpster. Management is so incredibly cheap NOTHING gets thrown out, including printed newspapers from the 90's and used plastic utensils. -All positive reviews on Glass Door are fabricated by management, turnover is insanely high (20+ employees a year). -I've seen things here (exploitation, manipulation, harassment) people don't see in a lifetime.

READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS VERY CAREFULLY!!

Pros

An accelerated education on dishonesty in the business world.

Cons

When I came across these reviews from glass door, I rationalized them as former disgruntled employees with a vendetta because they sound too outrageous to be true. This sounds like an exaggeration but I experienced everything, plus more, as all the previous employee reviews. Sharona is dishonest, cheap, a crook and a sociopath. Just like previous reviews, I was left waiting for my interview. My agreed compensation changed daily. Read the other reviews for descriptions, clearly nothing has changed. The entire business is an illusion. Her huge office is filled with employees who have been working for her a few weeks to a few months. The Israel Conference is held in LA, home of some of the biggest mucky mucks, why are they not involved or speaking? There are reasons the Conference has deteriorated and there are no big names attending. Legitimate movers and shakers know she is a fraud. The previous review that said any positive reviews were written by Sharona or her husband is probably correct.. Sharona and Gary are smart enough to know that a 5 star review will raise suspicion as a fake. I did not get paid but I learned a very valuable lesson. There are people like Sharona in the business world.

Pros

There are no "PROS" at this firm

Cons

Every NEGATIVE posting about this company has it right. All the positive ones were created either under supervision of management or by management themselves! She hires people that had great jobs with promises of wealth, happiness and a chance to grow, but is known to cut pay by as much as 50% after three months and making employees take it or leave it knowing that they can't go back to their old job. Twenty-five people have come and gone from this firm in the past year! It's ridiculous! If that wasn't enough, she has absolutely ZERO COMPETENCE in the M&A world; no deals have closed in well over two years! The purpose of this posting is to deter individuals from making the mistakes countless former employees made coming to this firm. Please read the other postings and make an informed decision. Times are tough, but you deserve better than this.
