We can assure you that our Glassdoor reviews have not been submitted by senior leadership or HR, and that they are in fact unaltered opinions of employees, former employees and applicants. We care greatly about our employees and our clients, and we believe that we demonstrate this every day without fail. We fully support all of our employees throughout their employment with us, and this support continues even for those who may choose to move onto other organizations. Our current team, whether long-term tenured or recently hired, is made up of highly skilled, dedicated individuals who remain committed to delivering innovative technology solutions that will create a healthier future for all of us. As you mentioned, change is required for any business to survive. In order to change, we must sometimes make difficult decisions.
