- Amazing work life balance - Work from home/Hybrid flexibility - Good structure throughout the company from what I can tell, can sort of put your mind at peace that the company isn't going to fall under or you're getting a shortage of work - Not super competitive/cutthroat work environment but supportive of high performers and helping grow employees

Cons

- Pay and compensation can feel a bit on the lower end compared to market. Especially bonuses, do not count on them. - Can feel a bit stale at times but I see this as a pro most of the time. More like no-drama or unnecessary pressure.
