Inspectors colleagues were good Enjoy the company values but the Miami management are against the SRT company values

Cons

The logistics management at SR Technics in Miami do not know how to manage people. They always tellin staff that to remember that ‘at will employment law’ where they can use dismissal whenever they decide. have clear favourites as staff who they happen to know in their personal lives. Sometimes even saying ‘only use the washroom on your break! Is really damaging to mental health workin in a toxic environment. Regular told kpi before quality which is against company value and constantly belittled.

Don't care about employee's promotion and upgrading. Large fluctuation of personnel. Don't develop company loyality program. Lack of personnel policy!
