$5/pay health insurance, vision/dental is free, friendly atmosphere, HSA, great 401b match, promotes diversity and inclusion.

Cons

24/7 agency (rotating on call) so burnout can happen especially if there is staff shortages. Overall compensation a bit lower than average for the industry. Depending on department there may not be much room for advancement. Most positions require own vehicle to transport between sites but you get reimbursed .

Great staff, and provide very informative supervisions. Skill building with the kids are amazing.

Cons

Some people do not understand the role and expect "babysitting". If you start off with a certain college degree, you can't move up in the company.
