      Great team, crummy admin

      Pros

      I loved working with the clinical and teaching team - it was a young, high energy group that really cared about the students and their outcomes.

      Cons

      Higher up admin see you as replaceable, I didn’t get a raise for 2 out of the 3 years I worked there (no one got raises), my caseload doubled while working there and I was significantly underpaid.
