7yWe appreciate your candid feedback and are disappointed that you did not have the good experience we intend all employees to have. SNA Displays is about to celebrate 10 years in business here in the US, and we’re fortune to be growing exponentially. The entire management team here recognizes that our employees are our foundation and the root of our success. Because of this, we place great emphasis on continual feedback and learning not only from what we have done well but also striving to improve as we evolve. As a response to feedback we’ve received from our team, in just this past year, we are happy to have launched initiatives that support employee development through formal talent management reviews, community involvement via our volunteer time off policy as well as multiple employee wellness programs. We are hiring across all departments to maintain our progress, and prioritize supporting employees both tenured and new in their efforts to grow and develop their professional skills by encouraging and assisting team members with advanced education and certifications. In the past three years alone, we’ve opened three new offices in addition to our NYC HQ and have plans to open yet another this summer. With such great growth, SNA is happy to be able to celebrate and share this success with the team that has built it, so we cannot take the view that this celebration is throwing money around, we feel it’s a worthy investment in a happy and well-balanced work environment.
