      Get to work on good scale in certain teams. You get to learn and work on each aspect,

      No proper project management, random so called architects will propose random projects after reading some blogs and after 6m of development they will find out it is not needed and start to blame on devs for delay. No job security No appraisals and growth Overall the company has no products which can be it's moat, it's a wrapper on top of meta api, send grid api, which any customer can make a script via Ai.. hence there revenue and profits are declining. Get call any time

      Working in Customer Success here has been a great experience. The team is collaborative, leadership is supportive, and there’s a strong focus on customer impact. The culture is inclusive, transparent, and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on ownership, learning, and open communication. People are approachable, ideas are welcomed, and wins are celebrated as a team. Overall, it’s a great place to grow while working on meaningful customer challenges.
