Pros
You will learn a lot in terms of corporate politics and how bad people can be. Only the manager has some humanity left but his hands are tied too.
Cons
Cheap company : wants you to work more than expected hours daily and even on Saturdays, which if fine but at least give a proper salary if we work hard. They say they'll give half salary in notice period and when it ends you'll receive the rest but you don't get it and if you decide you leave immediately they ask for salary back in exchange of experience letter (don't do it, just leave and ask people who have left with experience letter). Also java developers beware, you'll go in as inexperienced in hope to learn java but all you'll do is Angular (since Angular devs are costly they hire freshers in java and make them do it). There is vast gap between management and employees when it comes to communication of work that has to be done. Most co-workers are friendly but some in particular try to drag you down and boot-licks the manager. This company has stayed in the same 2 rooms for last 12 years, make whatever you want of that information. Also there are 2 year bonds for freshers which is normal but even experienced people have to sign an agreement that says if you want appraisal you'll have to stay here for 1 more year (by that time next appraisals come) and if you leave after taking the appraisal you'll have to return it in exchange of experience letter. I don't understand that are they making their money from scamming employees or by providing software services. Also they now post jobs under Hops healthcare so this review applies there too as this is the subsidiary.
