      Good team members to work. Thats the only pro.

      Cons

      Firstly, one of the directors think that he knows everything in this industry. If that would have been the case, then they would not be in the same place for 12 yrs now. He wants everything to be done his way only. If you cannot, he will shout and demoralize you. Worst director who has ruined the company.
