Organisational changes are part of the business evolution and there are times when they come with redundancies. When they happen, we do our utmost to conduct them on the most human and respectful way possible allowing for knowledge transfer as much as feasible.
Building knowledge in our business is a significant challenge and we endeavour to build it in the most efficient way possible.
