Pros
Was a great company to work for prior to merger. During that time there were lots of promotion opportunities, flexible work arrangements.
Cons
The merger with bgrs was the worst decision sirva could have ever made. Change management lots of turnover of tentured staff. When you think the worst was over there came more redundancies. There was no job security and lost of trust with the new bgrs management. It felt like working for a new company sirva lost its charm ever since the merger.
