The tempo is slow, so you will have a good work/life balance. You get to go to many conferences and be invited to a three-course dinners several times a year.
Cons
Lousy pay, several thousands under the collective agreement per month. If you refer to statistics over salary, they call you greedy and will find a way to get rid of you fast. The manager is psychopathic and just want to take advantage of her employees. The boss often say they have "high ceilings", but when one expresses an opinion that differ from the groups opinion, they are quick to bully and freeze out. I have talked to several colleagues who are also dissatisfied with the salary and the atmosphere at the company. But since they have worked they for a long time, they don´t know what to do else and stay of convenience reasons. If you still consider start working there, make sure to stay on good foot with your boss, else you will be trash talked to every possible employer out there.
