• The culture is focused on continued learning and growth throughout your career • Many of the employees have a tenure of 10+ years • Everyone is self-motivated and likes to work together • Some amazing benefits and work-life balance • It is an employee-owned company, the longer you stay the more of the company shares you own

Cons

• The company suffers from being homogenous, very little diversity. Most employees are white males. • Many of the upper-level positions are filled by long-tenured developers who have moved into other roles. This is not necessarily bad, but it does create some strange dynamics as consultants sometimes. • Pay is not as competitive for the same job and title at other companies.

The people are smart and they get stuff done. The leadership is great. Lots of variety and autonomy.

Cons

Not very diverse at all. Most of the employees are white men who went to Rose-Hulman.
