      Manipulation at its finest

      Pros

      Team was great to work with - people are smart and friendly. Honestly the only pro.

      Cons

      They WILL pay you a really low salary then give you a bond you can't afford. I think people stay here because they can't get out of the bond. The CEO poses himself as a great leader yet he's anything but. He doesn't believe in work-life balance and think it's a red flag. You will be gaslit into thinking quitting this company is what bad people do, because good people who understand values like loyalty are the ones who stay. Since the management is very Christian, they moralize working here. You will have career opportunities because people leave left and right. If you value your time and sanity, skip this company. You can learn what you need to learn in another company that actually values you.

      people were fun to work with. hours were okay. convenient for people near the area. good start if you wanna take a hand on digital marketing or SEO

      Cons

      CEO is bible thumper Pay is exploitative No career growth for majority of the employees No proper benefits They make you state the company values on some mornings like some weird indoctrination act

      Honest Review of my time working here

      Pros

      Ill be fair, honest and truthful about this review. This company has a good team and good teamwork has unity. Everyone (excluding the management or higherups not the HR but those who are in the higher seats) does their job very well and goes above and beyond. Honestly Youll grow and learn. This is all the Pros that I can list out.

      Cons

      Ill be fair, honest and truthful about this review. The Cons Bad Management, management has a very bad decision skills. Management does nothing to help the employees. No proper compensation for well performed employees. They want the employees to go above and beyond to the point that all employees are overworked and exhausted and still the management doesn't see those efforts amd would still look at you like you dont do your work properly. Low Salary, and yes youll learn and grow because you'll be forced to do a lot, you'll be overworked and compensated less. Low manpower and too many clients and tasks that is overwhelming the team. No proper process. Lastly, the higherup has no respect for their employees they are also manipulative.
