      Good salary, high level of learning in Robotics, availability to lead, good atmosphere to work.

      Cons

      Not work growth plan, salary does not change automatically according to experience.

      Pros

      Big company with many employees with different backgrounds and technical expertise, a strong name within the Brazilian market for industries, great facilities, great integration and relationship with governmental organizations and a reference in technical education in Brazil, host visits from MIT, Fraunhoffer Institute, Berkley and many others from all around the world.

      Cons

      SENAI is a huge company with local units all across Brazil, that makes decision making slow and you can't develop and implement new programs and changes. The company is a non profit organization that has the government as a client, the employees dosen't defies the status quo and dosen't have a innovation mind-set focusing on solving problems, they just do every day work

      Pros

      Uma empresa organizada, você trabalha exatamente pro que foi contratado, não há desvio de função ou surpresas no meio do caminho. Tem banco de horas para quando há necessidade de horas extras, na época tinha um excelente plano de saúde (mas não sei como está agora).

      Cons

      Tem plano de carreira mas o crescimento interno é lento, e o aumento no plano de carreira é bem mínimo em alguns cargos.
