Best Technology in the market. Good people, little to no politics

Cons

Its a Germany company, if you don't understand the core culture you might find it challenging. Visibility of what is going on at HQ can be limited. Personal relationships are key to finding the info you need.

All these belongs to subsidiaries- Poor management Poor environment No data privacy - All your data will be stored at central repository which has access to everyone working in the organisation No policies No benefits for employees Biased managers No clear direction Any kind of work is allotted.For instance,If you are part of integration team then you may be assigned with some non-technical work like handling IT issues, admin stuffs,etc Fake promises by management teams Politics
