      There's good work life balance

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. Haven't gotten bonuses for several years. They pride themselves on culture but what they have created is an employee base that is ok just being ok . Poor financial stability as they just took out a $100M loan.

      Pros

      They have a nice building and a cafeteria and fitness center onsite.

      Cons

      Backstabbing and bullying is a major problem here. If you are not chosen as a favorite right off the bat, you will have to live in the shadows of the popular people. It's a lot like middle school. Management joins right in.
