Great Brand, good jr employees who want to learn and do great work. Unfortunately many don't know this is NOT how corporate or tech should operate.

Cons

Sr Management rules and micromanages. Culture of arrogance and elitism. Full time servant on staff, wheels in executives meals into offices and team meetings. Depressing company culture.

a large company where only those who are part of the families or belong to the Jewish communityhave chance to grow in the professional career . There is no space for growth for any other employees. When it comes to management. Managemet is really unprofessional. They are the worse I ever seen in my entire proffessional career. They treat employees as if they were people without reasoning , in other words like stupid, idiot people who do not know what they are doing . on the other hand they will have priority with certain employees than with others, what I can call DISCRIMINATION. Manager can be really picky on people. I WILL NEVER recommend someone I know to work for this company. Management is the worse I ever since in my entire professional career.
