Sent you on a job with out any tools to do the job, but you are going to do the job.
Cons
Other superintendent, on the job will not help you, they stab you in the back. when the boss comes up they lie and say they told you about the job, they gave you no prints and you are going to do the job with out they. no good

Pros
If you don't want to be married it's great, cause you are never home. You are left to do job and no micromanaging.
Cons
Per diem is 10 bucks for craftsmen and 15 for supers (r u kidding me. No communication with upper management. Safety culture....what safety culture. Very low pay promise raises but then switch you to a different job. No honesty!!!!
