Pros
There are some good people here but they are beaten down by a unfocused and chaotic work environment.
Cons
The owner, Bill Overton, is single-handedly running the business into the ground. In the past two years, managers, directors, and even the president of the company have all quit because of Mr. Overton. There is little to no structure to how operations is handled and there is in no way any long term planning. All decisions are made based on the immediate concern of how to keep the lights on. Any contemporary positive reviews that you are seeing after the end of 2018, are written by stakeholders trying to make it look like the ship isn't going down.

Pros
Great pay, fast paced. Managers are always willing to help. Some freedom but you are held responsible for the job.
Cons
Long hours, fast paced. You have to be able to catch on quick and and good memory. You have to be very accurate.
