      Only PRC staff have career path and unique benefits

      Cons

      1) all senior / manager are old-school concept style for managing 2) Deep concept of class (for PRC have benefit) 3) Not Respect any technical staff 4) No business plan for global market, solutions/product are rubbish (only copy&paste) 5) HQ/ Senior PM, are still young, even some of country manager in also have no strategy sens 6) No career path 7) could not accept outside manager (Sales/Technical Presales), so no career path.

As China's domestic tech company and brand, sangfor plays an important role in the ICT industry with an innovative mindset and was leading the technology development which capabilities hold the lead. Also on the other hand this company is always willing to help employees enhance their career development and come with many many kinds of benefits for people and families.

      Cons

      A fast-step working environment requires OT on working days or weekends. Need more product and solution which have good impact in domestic market.
