Pros
Great training, fun environment, good pay. Management is good to work for as well, there isn't anybody breathing down your neck at all times
Cons
Uneven amount of people on shifts, so if you are not on 1st shift you will be busier than normal

Competitive company out of college, but gets very uncompetitive quickly. Highly stressful.

Pros
Good pay right out of college and has great benefits.
Cons
High turnover on third shift and management struggles to find competent workers to adequately man the shift. When they decide to hire older, and completely unqualified, employees it puts stress on those who have to work withand train them. Mistakes increase and management will not listen to employees when they bring their distress to their attention. Depending on your supervisor, do not expect any sort of "pat on the back" or "congratulations" for good workers. Some supervisors would not be able to provide positive feedback to save their lives without it being in some form of backhanded compliment.
