      No positive point. everything is worst here.

      Cons

      1.No point of view for employee 2.No vision of the company. 3.fresher salary still 8200 rupees monthly 4.after 2&3 years the salary is b/w 17k to 19k. 5.which means Hyderabad daily labour will earn better than of this salaries 6.This company is unethical from head to toe.,So beware of any career move for such company. 7.No health insurance....2 to 3 employees spotted with medical emergency but they are not provided zero amount... 8.this company filed 2 to 3 times in labor court 9.if you joined this company means your going to destroying your life...

      Slow paced projects and long term. Very transparent with all the documents like payslips, approval copies etc

      Cons

      Pay is a little below industry average. Single person controls the organization so no much room for negotiation.

      - You never have to do anything. - You'll sit in a desk for a year and get a good performance review.

      Cons

      - You never get clarity about projects, cross-team functions, training opportunities, or anything else, for that matter. - You'll sit in a desk for two years, get good performance reviews, then get the axe the minute you sign the contract extension.
