      Most junior staff were very smart, friendly and kind

      Cons

      Are you a POC? Do you want to satisfy some anthropological curiosity and experience life under a British colony? Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere, S-RM is the perfect place for you. It is the kind of company that would rather trust a Brit using Google Translate than a smart local employee who actually has the regional knowledge and language skill. By joining S-RM's “overseas outposts”, you will have hands-on training of glass ceiling (that is far closer to the ground than most ceilings) and the best experience for racism that is not so subtle.

      - Junior members at the company are friendly and intelligent - Benefits and compensation are not too bad within the industry - Flexible working hours and remote working arrangement

      Cons

      - some egotiscal managers unable to take constructive suggestions - upper management condescending and patronising - sycophantic behaviour present in offices without being addressed - stressful works and long hours - subtle discrimination in terms of daily interactions and career opporunities It is worth a 2-star rating originally. Giving 1-star is to counter the almost identifical and seemingly whitewashing 5-star reviews.
