      work from home is OK from some aspects

      Cons

      Pto was hard to get since nobody can cover your desk Yes, you had to ask coworkers to cover your work load. Also as a remote worker I cannot prove it but I think we were monitored by teams application even when our mic was muted. Just weird Insurance is horrible

      You get a pretty relaxed schedule and company vehicle

      Cons

      No 401k. Low wages. No raises. They don’t hire more people than what they need so it puts a lot of strain on the current employees.

      Pros

      Most of the day is spent driving to customers, as they're all over South and North Carolina.

      Cons

      Vindictive management, constantly understaffed without adjustments to workload. Whether it's the adjusters, the homeowners, your coworker or your managers, someone always nitpicks and complains.
