-There are some really good people in the company -Good benefits -Interesting industry

-Low salary for the amount of work -Company rewards those who play the politics game and not those who work hard, so titles are either inflated or deflated -Leadership changes things for no reason when employees are already burnt out, and gives no direction on implementation
