      Good for fresh gradudates, just ok for others

      Nice and well stocked pantry Flexible working hours Casual working environment Mostly friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Little employee medical benefits Some workers may have to shoulder and put in time and effort for tasks that is not related to their position at all. Sometimes changes are made at last minute, so be prepared for the unexpected.

      Pros

      Nice office environment, location, meaningful & interesting projects. Can see much effort put into staff welfare and benefits!

      Cons

      Work can be rather demanding with concurrent short projects, long-term projects and special projects if you are involved. See many OT. Feel some management staff are not very genuine nor open-minded, some micromanage. Heard of many cases probation period extended (when it’s alrdy long to begin with) so questionable job security and prospects. Poor planning where my orientation programme started more than 6 months into employment.
