Horrible Benefits(health), horrible upper leadership. Owned by Lindt, so pressure comes from the top and RS gets treated like the redheaded step kid.

People, but not the ones that steal and lie to your face.

Cons

Toxic and slave labor for everyone. 5 star reviews are from corporate lairs. Maintenance is non-existent and never pm anything to prevent break downs. Alot of stupid people that don't follow the rules and try to hide it from the supervisors. They don't care about you and yours. If they do it fake as hell.

Okay pay Somewhat friendly people Not a lot of room for growth

Cons

Health Insurance Culture (people don't like change) Has a policy that you can't come to work while sick but then punishes the employees who follow it. Won't except doctor notes so if you are sick so you get attendance points put on you if you don't use what little PTO days you get.
