      - people are genuinely nice to work with

      Cons

      - the company has been struggling with product market for years now with no meaningful progress - running out of runway and no funding in sight - high turnover (leadership left in Jan, layoffs soon after, many good people left/are leaving without being replaced) - disorganized messaging across the board

      Cons

      Sinking ship if not already sunk. Garbage product that is being vibe coded at best. No leadership at all. Founder is delusional and lacks any sort of vision. Head of Ops does absolutely nothing but commands an insane salary while letting people go on a monthly basis. Best example of how AI will kill this space. Sold their domain name just to keep the lights on. Will cease to exist in the next few months.
