Employees are able to work at home. Opportunities for people who know technology.
Cons
Company management is horrible and does not know what they are doing. The atmosphere of ill will and pitting people against each other. Very cheap and pays late - sometimes 3-6 months. Also a revolving door of employees and contractors.
