      Flexibility, hybrid working, good salary, decent benefits

      Cons

      Some toxic traits amongst senior management, outright bullying by some where I've seen them bring multiple members of their teams to tears. If your face fits you'll get what you want, but if not you just get all the work and none of the thanks.
