Pros

Highly respected company in the industry. Nice office space & kitchen, dogs are a nice plus to have around. Respected industry veterans come in and out. Free lunch on Fridays.

Cons

Extremely low full time wages, all money goes to the top. Poor CFO. Management doesn't care about employees well being, only that you get what they need from you. Not a company that is interested in cultivating talent or promoting within. I worked there for 2 years and no raise was given or discussed. The only way up is to grow elsewhere before being hired as an exec or be a freelance producer that works closely to the execs.

Pros

Exposure to the industry and creative contacts. Hands on experience. Kind of a must at the beginning of your career.

Cons

Petty work environment and poor management. They overwork their employees to an illegal degree, especially those who are entry level. Very low salary.
