      Company with a good reputation.

      Cons

      Unrealistic performance goals. Management expects leasing agents to lease 400 square foot units for $1500 per month to tenants.. They then give poor performance reviews when this isn’t possible.

      Pros

      Roundhouse values curiosity, a entrepreneurial mindset, taking action, freedom to try things. They pay well, provide generous bonuses, expects employees to care about their work and take ownership over their performance, they want intelligent, self-starting, driven and focused employees. Values social interaction but not a go get drinks with your colleagues every other day type of place. Definitely focused on doing good work.

      Cons

      Maybe not as social as some would like it. Not for a person who doesn't give a care. Can work typical hours but not a clock in and out type of mindset.
