Pros

Middle management staffs are very hardworking and ready to help one and other

Cons

Senior management have anger management issues, very abusive and totally no work life balance. Will message you at odd times and expect reply immediately. Meeting will last 2 to 4 hours with no one talking. They call it the silent club.

Pros

1. Just my colleagues with same role that is nice thats all 2. Stay if you don't need progression

Cons

1. must follow what the management wants 2. HR keep asking for feedback but nothing is done on the feedback 3. Working environment is so dirty. Not condusive. cleaner is slacking off and can find dust around you. Ended up, I am the cleaner for my own cubicle and around me. 4. No skills gained. Work is an admin work rather than an engineer. 5. No benefits. No welfare. 6. Stationary were asked to use my personal ones instead of asking from the admin. Some lazy admin people act busy. 7. NO SOP in work. Just do the shortcut and logical ways. Quite messy. 8. People with colours is difficult to gain any skills or promoted. 9. Pay is lower than market price. Squeeze employers until nothing is being squeezed out. 10. Expect you to work over the weekends and PH. Its no excuse not to work. 11. Engineering department is 99% expats from India. No use applying the engineering department. 12. Required to do other people's job on top of your job. But still get low rate pay than the market.

Pros

Free shuttle bus and okay colleagues

Cons

Never come as it will cause your entire mental and physical health. (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED) No work life balance. I repeat, every single day have to OT till late night (it’s a norm), have to work during annual leave and MC, it’s an unspoken rule and culture for years. Even if you’re legitimately unwell, they will make sarcastic remarks, because there’s no one to do your work. Bare Minimum welfare scheme that just clears MOM law. Super high turnover rate yearly, this itself speaks a thousand words. Regardless of how well you perform, instead of getting increment or promotion, your boss and management will always feel it’s NEVER enough, and you will realise you’re just a strategic replaceable pawn that drives the operations smoothly for them, unfortunately not a trusted personnel. Your JSJD is just a facade for you to cover a whole mountain of unspoken tasks and duties that’s not even related to your scope of work. You will realise your job scope expands, but your career progression stays stagnant.
