i have been with the company for two years, here is what I can say:
- there has been a a lot more focus this year on hiring in engineering and product
- there has been more focus on employee growth and development
- we are getting serious in terms of fostering and enabling a high performance culture
- we are hiring like crazy and seem to attract some great talent
Overall we are on a good trajectory and business outlook and strategy foir next 6 months looks positive
