Pros
1. Writing for their product is fun and meaningful. 2. Rapid growth is possible because of the sheer number of responsibilities you have to take. 3. Some colleagues are really nice.
Cons
1. Lack of clarity in what they want to do. One day they will ask you to do one thing, another day it will be something else. A lot of castle building with no execution. 2. No work-life balance. Expect to work late nights and sometimes on Sundays. Hustle is a point of pride and something they celebrate here. 3. High attrition rate among employees because of these and other factors. 4. They harp a lot on honesty and transparency, but it is as sham a line as 'we are a family' that companies give.
