Work life balance & if you know how to do your job well people don’t bother you

Cons

Pay/benefits & company culture - toxic and you have to fight for every penny you get. Upper management treats employees similar to the disposable bags it makes

COO/HR worst I seen in my 25 years career..1 mistake or you not a yes boss to everything they say in very hostile place you are gone they don’t want hear that safety do not work in ronpak
