If you are a male who knows how to kiss @ss, you will do just fine. If you are a woman, be prepared to never be promoted, only receive 1% raises (if any), to be asked to "waitress" owner's events, be talked down to and demoralized daily. Every move you make will be micromanaged by office bullies. There are many construction companies that value the contributions that women make, both in the office and in the field. Roncelli is absolutely not one of them.
