The pay is low compared to market rates and young folks are typically hired out of college to justify this. Favoritism is quite noticeable as there are employees and leadership in known relationships. It was not uncommon to see leadership raise their voice or get upset. Many were overlooked and did great work.

Were new to being remote and higher ups were used to talking in person. Team needs were not expressed well, and lead left on vacation without making sure team understood what he was leaving, I don't think they can pay this salary anymore.
