      Pros

      Rockefeller is an excellent place to work, especially for younger professionals. The management team is easily accessible and they care about your success. It is a very empowering feeling and helps all employees excel, both professionally and personally. It has been an honor to see the firm grow and evolve over the past couple of years and it is special to be a part of the growth. Rockefeller provides all employees with resources and support to do their jobs to the best of their abilities.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons at this time as we are expanding at such a rapid rate. Hard work and dedication to clients is seen through the meticulous work of all employees across all levels and roles.

      Rock has an amazing culture made up of the. Best and brightest of their respective fields. They allow you to be entrepreneurial and tap into the vast resources the family office has to offer to bring a top notch experience to our clients. Also you get to interact and hear directly from management often, they are very transparent and genuinely want to help you grow and succeed.

      Cons

      It’s a young firm, so you have to be comfortable with change often.

      -Great advisors/teams -WFH flexibility (varies based on team) -Many opportunities to learn/grow depending on team -Tuition & health/fitness reimbursements

      Cons

      -incompetent management -constant lying and gaslighting to employees and advisors -head of Human Capital will spin any negative review on here (more gaslighting! don’t believe me check any other reputable website for reviews on working here - they “ask” employees in NYC to leave positive reviews) -work/life balance (you must be “Rockefeller” material coming from CEO himself)
