Company does not care about employees with low salaries, barely time off, no 401K match and bare minimum raises. No advancement opportunities. Nothing done to promote morale with the employees. No remote opportunities ever.

Not much room for growth or improvement, HR doesn't take complaints seriously, management talks down to workers, company was not sympathetic during COVID and expected previous workers to drop their new jobs to come back to them.
