1. Does not care about your career. Asks you to shift from node.js to .Net, .Net to angular, Angular to Ruby on Rails, Ruby on rails to something else within few months for freshers. Sometimes even asks you to work on C++.
2. Not paying variable pay and hike from 4 months.
3. Performance appraisal will be done throughout the year.
#November to #December they will give 1 day(8.5hr) assessment test to build a first class app.
#January to #February they conduct viva on the assessment test which you have forgotten.
#March they ask you to submit self appraisal form without fail and give assurance of completing the appraisal process by the end of month.
#April to #May project managers does not submit their feedback and few submit without conducting meeting. Give assurance of sanctioning variable pay for few lower band employees and rest by next month.
#June postpones the variable pay and hike for another month.
#July they starts distributing peanut hike letter after delaying for 4 months and hires dozens of freshers to replace.
#August #September and #October freshers will be trained on the technology on which resigned employees are working.
#November resigned seats will be replaced by freshers and again assessment test will start and cycle proceeds.
