High quality work, great staff, reasonable management, overtime is paid, acknowledgement from managers for accomplishments

Long hours in tax season, the last review is 10 years old.....but that's not what it's been like for me

Pros

Challenging. Demanding. Precision work required in a timely manner. Lots of overtime during tax season with appropriate compensation. New high speed computers, servers, software.

Cons

Abrasive owner. High employee turnover. Micromanager. Condescending. Treats employees poorly. No leadership skills except degrading, belittling remarks. Extremely unreliable memory. If something is promised it better be in writing or it will be guaranteed to be forgotten.
