Pros
The Foundation sits on one of the highest levels of a skyscraper in the heart of Chicago. The people are nice and keep to themselves. There are some company outings for promotion of friendly office culture which involves high-end rooftop bars and lunch in their golf resort.
Cons
The board and executives are very conservative and do not heed the advice of those working the actually programs of the Foundation. Even when programs were evaluated and proven to have certain needs or could be directed for better impact, the leaders would rather stay risk-averse and grow the endowment than help create larger impact in the poverty stricken areas of the city.

Pros
The Foundation offers employees the opportunity to explore different facets of the organization by working on a plethora of projects.
Cons
This, of course, still requires that you complete your assigned responsibilities which can be challenging, but rewarding.
