      Your commission is heavily reduced here compared to most other auto groups, management has shown time and time again to act in unethical and almost immoral ways.

      Pros

      Coworkers are fun to work with. Never have to work Saturday or Sunday. Workload isn't too heavy ,seems fairly balanced.

      Cons

      Sometimes it seems like a little too much is expected from employees at times. Climbing the pay scale is very slow. Benefits are alright but could be better.
