      Strong technology, but leadership struggles with federal sales in the past

      Pros

      Great technology across two platforms. One focused on the original flagship platform, WAN Optimization. The second platform uses the integration of technologies through previous acquisitions to provide a very robust and unified IT observability solution. The SaaS version of the latter has finally achieved FedRAMP accreditation which was sorely need for U.S. Federal sales.

      Cons

      I left a couple of years ago due to new leadership and it's deaf ear to the then federal sales team and needs to achieve sales goals without having Riverbed SaaS platform accredited to operate on U.S. Federal Government networks.

      Good Technology and Customer Exposure, but Very Limited Career Growth

      Pros

      Good exposure to enterprise customers across the region, working on strategic digital transformation initiatives involving Observability and Accelaration. Opportunity to work with international teams, large-scale customers, and advanced technologies while building strong technical and business experience. Collaborative colleagues and good customer exposure across multiple industries.

      Cons

      Very Limited career growth and advancement opportunities within the Solutions Consulting organization. Frequent leadership and organizational changes created uncertainty around long-term strategy and direction. Management style could be overly focused on micromanagement, with limited empowerment and trust. Internal politics and lack of clear regional vision impacted collaboration and employee morale. Compensation growth and recognition did not always align with performance and contributions.
