Case load is unmanageable, scattered location of members , members distribution is doing not by clusters. one nurse should perform all tasks. place is not friendly for nurses.

The Hebrew Home is a clean place, the people are very nice and easy to work with. The nurse educators are very knowledgeable and capacitated.

Cons

The ratio of the patient nurse is very unsafe, 48 residents under the care of only one nurse, in my opinion, is an abuse of the nurse and the residents who deserve safe and responsible care.
